Bought as a replacement, after 1 week of use the the fan started growling very loud. Customer support would send a return label and wanted me to send unit back before receiving replacement, so the computer would be unusable for 2 to 3 weeks. Unacceptable, computer is need for daily use. Will not buy this product again.
