Purchased Refurb in "Excellent Condition".  I was pleasantly surprised to see the device is an open box.  Am including a photo of the inventory label placed on the box clearly showing the original sale date and the date of return with the notation "Wrong Item Purchased".  The piece itself is completely clean and has "that new car smell", no prints (gloves maybe) and not run at all.  The box had been opened to inspect, twist ties were lost and no manual but all the cabling is there, 10 plus the cord.  I will update this review in a few months but this deserves 5 stars for brand-new item with a 10-year warranty.  Vive Seasonic!
