I am satisfied with the power supply. The cable length is perfect so my sff pc, this helps with cable management. It is very quiet I can barely hear it. And 850w is enough to future proof my pc.

This is a great SFX PSU. It works so well in my smaller ITX/mATX cases. It is easy to setup with the modular capabilities. It keeps cool for its size and happens to stay quiet. The cables are a bit on the shorter side, and that is the only thing that keeps it from being perfect. But for my purposes they were long enough, although the CPU power cable was a at its max. Performance wise ithe SF850 has had no issue handling my 9950X3D and 7900XTX both being pushed to their limites. It stays relatively cool and perfectly quiet even during long gaming or compiling sessions. Performance: 5/5 Build Quality: 5/5 Cables: 4/5 (due to length) Overall: 4.5

I've had my last few rigs in the Lian Li 011 mini (OG version) so I need SFX PSUs. Prior to this I had the Cooler Master V850, which served me just fine for the last couple of years. However, recently I upgraded all my Corsair fans and AIO to the new LINK ones and the controller requires a PCIe power cable connection as SATA is insufficient for the power requirements. The CM V850 did not come with enough PCIe cables. Sure, I could have bought another cable but I'm actually glad I bought this Corsair PSU instead, it was definitely an upgrade over the V850. First of all, the included cables are braided and are very nice, that alone was worth it for me. In addition, the Corsair has 5 PCIe ports and includes 3 standard type 5 PCIe cables, 2 CPU cables, and a 600W cable for modern GPUs (this was a nice surprise for me when I opened the box, I didn't know it came with this PSU). That allowed me to get rid of the nVidia adapter I was using, which further cleaned up my case. All in all I'm very pleased with this PSU, its dead silent and the cables are amazing.

These are great units, and I appreciate the shorter cabling for SFF builds. However like some other reviews mention, I received a used item that was completely the wrong model -> Purchased the SF850 (2024), received an older SF750 (non 2024) in the SF850 box. Amazon was great about sending a replacement quickly, but each subsequent attempt continued to have issues (item was shipped in a bag and beat up, more used items, missing cables, etc). Perhaps you'll have better luck, but after my fourth attempt I gave up and bought locally instead. Be sure to check your received item carefully, including that it's the correct item, signs of use, and that it comes with all cables as described.
