Though modular and of higher wattage than the Corsair, which had a fan failure after 6 years of media centre use, I find this slightly noisier. Energy efficiency rating is 80 plus bronze, same as the old unit Installation was a bit tricky, but this was a function of the case design, not the power supply. Otherwise it does the job with no problems
