★★★★★Extremely Slow and Difficult Warranty Support
The memory worked for 5 months in an ASRock TRX50 WS before 1 module started experiencing errors. The errors became severe enough that the system would no longer post with that DIMM installed. V-Color has not even sent an initial response to warranty inquiries sent via support web form or to their support email address. Review for TRA596G60D434Q kit. Edit: After many follow ups, I have received my RMA replacement. Given the 7+ months this took, my rating remains 1 star. This is what my RMA timeline looked like for reference Late Oct 2025: Send in first RMA/support request via support web form Dec 29, 2025: First response from V-Color Jan 6, 2026: Receive RMA number Jan 16, 2026: V-Color signs for memory module pick up after having it held at post office for 7 days Feb 19, 2026: Start following up on RMA status with V-Color since you can't track on their support site. Apr 30, 2026: First response on RMA status. May 6, 2026: Replacement shipped. Delivery next day. V-Color stated that this delay was due to my warranty case mistakenly being marked as completed, so it's possible this timeline isn't typical. However, they never replied to most of the messages I sent them. It is very difficult to get support from V-Color compared to other RMA systems I have used.
