It's RAM... It works... I honestly see zero difference my self between a Third Gen Ryzen system with 16GB of DDR4 3200 and this new system with a 7th Gen Ryzen with this particular kit. Yeah, benchmarks are better, but real world performance feels the same. It's a shame in all honest that we are now paying a premium for technological "progress". It's 100% not worth current market value what so ever, bide your time on upgrades, stick with what you have unless you absolutely can't. Worked great out of the box on an Asrock B650 motherboard, AMD EXPO worked perfectly fine. Just wish this particular kit had a white heat spreader as an option. Corsair iCUE is a little lacking in overall options for the RGB, and not exactly first-time user intuitive for saving the RGB settings to the individual devices. But the RGB does look nice, especially for those that like things to be a bit on the static side. I especially like that these sticks stay relatively cool, HWMonitor reports them sitting around 30C most all the time, even while running benchmarks on a loop.
