I put this 32GB kit (16GBx2 dual rank, 2666 MT/s) in the HP 800 G2 MiniTower and it works well.  The speeds are a little faster than the stock 16 GB of RAM it came with.  As for performance, Windows 10 and all of the overhead that is run with the system are now happy.  I also run VMs on this system and the extra memory is helpful with this level of multitasking.  I tested this initially with MemTest 86  and have no issues.

purchased a dell optiplex 3070 during the holiday deal cycle as I loved the form factor.  however, the black friday deal i got only came with 8 gigs of ram.  i like to have a lot of windows, programs, and browser tabs open all at once, so more ram was a huge need. i looked at many options, but this crucial kit seemed to be the one to try.  32gigs of ram was what i was looking for, compatible with the dell 3070, and at a price less than half of what it would've costed from dell.  so far so good
