★★★★★Not 100% compatible-UPDATED!
**Update**
With a new eUFI update for my MSI MPG Z790 Carbon WiFi, XMP works, and I can run the RAM at its fully advertised speeds. Amazingly fast with all four sticks. One thing I've noticed, using several hardware info programs, they all show QUAD channel capabilities for the motherboard, though Intel claims they do not have quad channel gen 11+ Core CPUs. Xeons do, but there's not a socket 1700 Xeon, so I'm baffled.
The RAM looks and performs fantastically. There is a very clear performance difference even between the prior max 6000 and the full 7200. Super happy now!
**Prior review**
Ok. I need to explain something. In pairs, this RAM is unbelievably fast.
The problem is, apparently with pretty much all DDR5 RAM, is once you drop in a second pair, every motherboard that the RAM was certified to work with, dropped from 7200 to 4000. The default is supposed to be 4800. Come to find out, we're so deep in "Bleeding edge" new technology that motherboards cannot rectify four sticks at 7200, or, apparently, even the default standard of 4800.
It's not G.Skills fault. As we move forward, we'll see EUFI upgrades to fix this issue. I knocked a star because RAM manufacturers KNOW this and it should be a disclaimer. Since Intel dropped quad channel memory starting with the tenth gen i9s, my i9 13900K is only dual channel. However, guilding a premium boutique level computer, I wanted all slots populated. If I wasn't being a perfectionist I'd have just ordered one 64GB (2x32 GB) kit.
This isn't a problem for DDR4 RAM.
For running just two sticks of ram, this kit really can't be beat. I like the full top RGB more than competitors tiny squares RGB. Even those, Corsair, had the same issue pointed out above.
I do highly recommend this RAM. It gives you a ton of headroom and pretty much can run at anything from 4000 to 7200, so you really can't go wrong, again taking the current four stick limitation into account.

★★★★★Just be patient and tweak your BIOS settings
I installed these and got disappointing results at first. Only running at 4000. Start to do some online research and discover some BIOS settings that are required. I have an ASUS motherboard, Z690-I. Lots of AUTO settings - and that's where the problem starts. First, manually select XMP I in the BIOS - and now you're on the path to getting the max performance via right settings for voltage, etc.. My system wasn't stable at 7200 (freezes, BSOD) but I've had no issues at all at 7000. My system is now super fast and I'm pleased with this upgrade (from 5200). 13330 PassMark scores and 3950 memory scores. There's probably some other BIOS setting that would get me full 7200 performance - and perhaps some more? I strongly doubt it's the DIMMs. Lesson learned? Don't trust AUTO settings in BIOS as they may hamper your system performance... Recommend and would buy again.

★★★★★Works Perfectly
There isn't much to say about RAM, it either works or it doesn't. I installed these sticks and they work perfectly. The RGB color can be changed using Armory Crate. Applications, from Video Editing, to Video Games all run smooth, so yeah I'm pretty happy with it.

★★★★★Good
Xmp wasn't fully stable out of box on asus z690 with 13900k, but messing with pll voltages worked, took forever tweaking it to get it tho. I wouldn't necessarily expect plug and play with this.. hears the t-force is more stable
