💡 How to pick memory
What to look for:
  • Must match your motherboard type (DDR4 or DDR5)
  • 16GB minimum for gaming, 32GB for content creation
  • Higher speed (MT/s) = better performance, especially for AMD
💰 Look for kits in 2 sticks (e.g. 2x8GB, 2x16GB) for dual-channel performance

★★★★★Got some prep H you can lend me?
Bought this set for $670 total. Rampocalypse is still pocalypsing and 2 weeks later they're up to $900. Absolutely insane. My machine is down for a rebuild right now, waiting for the 9850x3d and aorus master mobo to come in. I popped them in my gf's (9800x3d/aorus pro) for a quick trip through clockville though and initial results were great. Tightened the timing to 30 while maintaining 6400 and ran memtest for an hour before I got kicked off so she could go farm onions in palia. If prices ever come down, this is a solid kit. Otherwise pay your rent. I'm finding it hard to keep her rig dry with recycled trash bags behind the library.

★★★★★RAM that is fast and RGB as bright as the sun!
Just wrapped up my AMD R7 77800XMD build and used these. At first the machine didn't want to boot with both sticks in. However the Mobo said it was having a memory issue and users online said to use one stick. Booted up, ran BIOS fine and then installed Windows. Once that was installed I was able to put the second stick in and use EXPO to run these sticks at 6000mt. I did get the 6400mt kit but I was reading the AMD's don't like to go over 6000, so used the "less overclocked" EXPO profile. And so far, so good. Stability seems great on both sticks after going thru set up and adjusting BIOS. The build quality on these things is amazing. They are heavy and feel premium. Seems like great heat spreaders. Then the RGB's...my god they are bright! They are as bright as the sun and make my fans look like the moon. I was thinking of going G.Skill but I have to say I am glad I didn't Kingston fan here for sure.

★★★★★Glad to have gotten my order in when I did, satisfactory performance/cost
Very nice lighting, super simple to install and replace my 16GB sticks I bought and installed while I waited for Amazon to fulfill my order of two of these sticks. Didn't get a matching set and have still had no issues and love having the extra memory, 64GB vs 32GB. Speed is almost the exact same as my previous set, especially when OCing clock timings to match and leaving MT/s to 6000 which is optimal for my AMD 9800X3D CPU IMO. Quality is great, I think this may be the first Kingston set I've used in over 15 years of PC building/gaming. Amazing value for my money when I ordered these, they were the last listing of any kit I could find in November 2025 at $150/32GB stick. Just took about 2 months to finally get my order due to foreseen supply issues when the AI overlords took their wrath out on the people of the world.

★★★★★Fast and Rock Solid
Just installed and tested these with Ryzen 9 9950x (16 cores) and MSI MPG-X870E motherboard. This is a bit of a bleeding edge combination, so I am delighted it worked easily and well. All I had to do was select expo-1 and they were stable with CL32. Fast, and Rock Solid. I haven't yet tried to get the RGB working on Fedora 40.

★★★★★Very good if price is good
So thankful I got these before the price hike. Have been using this since October end last year with a msi x870e and 9950x3d and my only complaint is the Fury CTRL software which mucks up the led lights every time I boot up. Hardware is awesome but the rgb is unnecessary, as is its garbled software (am not an rgb fan but it is nice for ambience, especially in a case like havn hs 420). Expo2 has tighter cl30 timing but at 6000mhz and expo1 has the 6400mhz advertised values (good to know, for me, I feel expo2 is more stable, stutter wise). Overall very good kit but for the price now, nope (still can't honestly give a low rating as hardware is solid..no pun). Vinaka (thank you) from Fiji.
