Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200 C16 1.35V - PC Memory CMK16GX4M2D3200C16 Black

Running an AMD Ryzen set up and this works just great, able to overclock to 3200 ghz with no problem and entirely stable. I wanted to have a low profile memory to make way for the Noctua NF-A15 CPU cooler (an easy match!). The only caveat, and it's a big one, is that when I was attempting to post for the first time the computer refused to post with all four DIMM slots occupied. A relative found an obscure blog and found out that you should attempt your first post with only one of the DIMM slots occupied (I forget which, so that's helpful). He found this out at two a.m., with me utterly demoralized on the couch. Once it posted and I was able to flash the BIOS, it was no problem inserting all four of the DIMM slots and then incrementally cranking the speed of the memory.

I purchased some G.Skill Ripjaw memory from a competitor, but one stick was DOA. After reviewing these decided to give them a try. Worked great and now have a few solid hours of gaming on them with no issues.

These RAM sticks are literally too expensive for what they offer, but I had to buy them to match my other RAM sticks to match the serial codes. NOTE: YOU DO NOT NEED TO MATCH SERIAL CODES WHEN BUYING RAM. I only did so cuz my inention was to buy 4x sticks when I built my PC but I couldn't afford a second pair. These sticks also DO NOT support overclocking on AMD CPUs, but they are advertised like they do. These RAM Sticks only really work with the XMP/EXPO Profile on the BIOS/UEFI. The person who helped me pick out parts for my machine that had suggested these RAM Sticks.... well he tried overclocking the memory with this set and it just wouldn't do it. It would clear back to the original EXPO profile that existed on the BIOS at reboot.

couldn't not be happier well packaged, at first i could not find the exact same kind as mine, even thought most all spec were exactly BUT!!! My ram type is CMK16GX4M2D3200C16 and the ones i thought were exactly reads CMK16GX4M2E3200C16 the Key Difference was in ONE Letter where it reads 2D and other reads 2E i almost made that mistake, so be vigilante, plus the prices where also different, my cost $125 bucks i bit more then what i paid for at Micro Center i didn't go over do to the Toll Pay they have set up in-between and paying a toll on line is now a Headache cant simple toss coins like B4... But folks be extra watchful when buying UR exact same Ram Type i almost Bought the wrong Type... Hope this Helps other Folks👍🏻
