💡 How to pick storage
What to look for:
  • NVMe SSD for OS and games (fastest)
  • SATA SSD for budget storage
  • HDD for mass storage (photos, videos) at low cost
💰 Minimum 1TB NVMe for gaming. Add a 2TB+ HDD for media if needed

★★★★★Happy with TEAMGROUP Products
I purchased the T-Force G50 2TB SSD for my older Razer Blade Stealth laptop, it basically gives me more storage than I need, a full drive is a slow drive. I purchased TEAMGROUP before, a 1tb sata SSD, a 512gb micro SD and I am happy with all of them. Great quality at a reasonable price. TEAMGROUP makes a faster SSD but I'm not a gamer so I didn't need to get their faster SSD offerings.

★★★★★Very Impressive Performance at a High Cost
The SSD and RAM shortage have caused prices to nearly triple, so this Teamgroup SSD that probably would have cost $35 a few months ago, now costs $110. Whether that's okay with you or not is up to you, but I will say I was more pleased with this SSD than I expected. It seems well-made, arrived nearly instantly, and worked great. It was, in fact, faster than I expected, with the biggest improvement I noticed being in responsiveness and "snappiness" when running Windows 11, not really sustained read or write speed. I've used other inexpensive (in the past) SSDs, and this one was noticeably better than all of them, perhaps due to the SLC cache and the more advanced controller. I used it in a Gen3 motherboard, BTW.
