It says refurbished but smart data showed only 1 hour used, and no errors. Works great so far. It came with a card saying 5 year warranty, with the seller, and I didn't even know they did that. I'll take care of the drive as best I can anyway, but its good to know if it fails like the last 2 drives I purchased on amazon did after the 30 days, I'm not out of luck.
