Using 5 of them in a case with a Core i7 4770 and R9 380. Running off of molex (double-stacked), and the system stays impressively cool in a Zalman T7 case. Under full load in Aida64 (GPU+CPU combined) with a cheap $20 stack cooler, the CPU maxed out at 67 degrees and the GPU maxed at 73 degrees even with power limit set to +20% and a substantial overclock. The fans definitely have some noise, and they aren't built to be silent. I have four Noctua SP-120's on a 240mm radiator in my primary gaming rig. But fans are fans, they move air, and they work "fan"-tastic. If you need cheap fans, buy these, period. It's better value than spending $20/fan and you can squeeze a bit more out of your budget. Oh, and they include screws.

I am building a workstation computer from scratch to primarily run Solidworks 3D CAD (computer aided design) and wanted it to be as powerful as possible for the lowest reasonable cost. I try and go for products that represent the “knee” in the price-performance curve. For example, you are generally far better off getting something that at half the price that might only perform at 90% of the device costing twice as much. Frequently the difference is only in milliseconds, which you will never notice. I also look for products that are from reputable manufactures and have received decent reviews. These upHere PWM 120mm fans were part of my build and meet the above criteria.

Best fans for the price. All fans have consistent rpm and can move lots of air. RPM can also be adjusted (PWM). They get louder with higher RPM as is with all fans. Also, customer service is top notch.

It's kind of hard to get away from noise when you're reaching 1500 rpm and such, so bear in mind that there kind of isn't any such thing as a quiet fan at this speed. But they perform admirably in spite of this, and the value for money is definitely there. For the application I have in mind, these are great. I'm building a fan array to put in my kitchen window for better ventilation while cooking, and to improve airflow in the house in general.

I can appreciate that these can be powered both by 3 pins and molex cable which allows options and usage. They are simple but do the job. The noise level isn't anything obnoxious. I'm slowly piecing a Frankinsien computer together so this was a solid bargain for easy airflow.
