★★★★★Quiet, Powerful, and Beautiful — Ideal Rear Exhaust Fan for High-Airflow Builds
The ARCTIC P14 PWM PST A-RGB 140mm fan has been an excellent addition to my build, serving as the rear exhaust in my Corsair 7000D Airflow case. It pairs perfectly with my ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III Pro 360 A-RGB, XFX RX 9070 XT, and Ryzen 9 9950X3D setup, helping to maintain stable case temps under load. What sets this fan apart is its strong static pressure performance and semi-passive operation — it runs at 0 RPM when not needed, keeping the system whisper-quiet at idle. The integrated ARGB lighting is smooth, vivid, and syncs effortlessly with the rest of my setup via the SC790 hub and ASUS Aura Sync. Installation was simple, and the black frame with translucent blades looks sleek without being flashy. Despite some opinions that rear exhaust fans aren’t always necessary in positive pressure setups, this one made a measurable improvement in air evacuation and GPU temps.

★★★★★Amazing value fans!
I built my pc in the SSUPD Meshlicious and wanted some powerful and quiet fans for the front of the case. Originally I started with the Arctic p14 PWM fans and they performed fantastic but had unbearable bearing noise at multiple ranges. I had seen the newer versions of Arctic fans with the outer ring attached to individual fan blades was performing similarly but had solved the bearing noise issue Arctic older models had become infamous for. I picked up two of these and they perform fantastically. They are rather quiet while moving significant amounts of air. I have tried several fans in this pc to find what I liked including thermaltakes tough fan 140, NZXT aer 140, phanteks 140, Arctic p14 PWM, and finally these. These are the most quiet and also seem to have the most static pressure at reasonable RPM’s. The RGB looks pretty good but not the best. I’d give the RGB 7/10 and again, best value option.

★★★★★hands down the best option
I got these, phanteks, noctua, etc, to compare them all and these won hands down. Rly no contest, and given the price they're unbeatable. Much quieter than competition, and more airflow than many. The argb thing is easy and works like a charm. Not my priority as I have a nonwindowed case and don't care about bling, but it works fine and the daisy chain is a great feature that works flawlessly for both fan speed and argb. I ended up putting the more expensive noctua on ebay and the phanteks in a closet as a spare, and even replacing my thermaltake cooler fans w/ other artics fans. These ARE the fans you're looking for (apologies to Obi Wan Kenobi). ----- Update--- One thing worth noting is there is substantial variation in noise levels from fan to fan. For most folks it won't be an issue, but I need really quiet fans (my room noise level is 22db, typically, and I'm right next to the computer trying to listen to what I'm actually doing, not the case!). Of the half dozen I got, they became audible (inside a low noise case, at 1-2m) anywhere from 31%-66% duty cycle. Next time I'll get a spare or two and cherry pick the quietest before finalizing my build. Still, even the noisiest of these was better than any others I tried.

★★★★★Safest fan choice
Very good is all I can say. I got this because the Arctic fans on my AIO cooler were also great, and their standalone fans match the quality. Very quiet, cool, and is made of strong materials. My only problem is that the cord is a little short, so without extensions my fan had to be mounted upside down (not that you can visually tell). The RGB is very nice and mine came with a 10 year warranty.

★★★★★They might be my favorite fans to work with, and I've worked with a lot.
They do the job well – keeping things cool with that smooth control thingy. But the real deal is the A-RGB lighting. Adds a bit of color without going all disco, you know? It's like having a breeze of fresh air with a touch of style. Putting them in was a breeze too. No rocket science, just plug and play. And you can sync a bunch of them without any hassle – cool if you want that coordinated look. Build feels solid, and they don't make a ruckus. And looks-wise, they're not trying too hard. Simple elegance, I'd say. They're the kind of fans that do their thing without shouting about it. So, if you want fans that keep your rig cool and throw in a bit of subtle style, check out these ARCTIC P14 PWM PST A-RGB ones. They do the job and look good doing it.
