I bought this 5 pack to replace some failing fans in my build, and the quality is solid for the price. Performance is good, they move plenty of air while staying quiet, which keeps my system cool. Paired with the Thermalright fan controller and some BIOS adjustments, setup was straightforward. I’m not into the default RGB flashing, but these can sync with your system, so I set them to a single color to match the rest of my build. If you want better airflow and a cleaner look without spending much, these are great.

Used 2 of these in my case. They run very quiet and move air great. They were easy to install and plugged right into my mobo. You just can't beat the price, with tax about 20 bucks for 5 fans. The rgb is very good also. Overall, I gave 5 stars and would give more if I could.

Installed the TL-C12C-S fans as intakes and outtakes in my build and they’ve been working great so far. Airflow is solid, noise is low even under load, and the ARGB looks clean. For the price, the performance and quality are better than expected. Good budget fans that get the job done.

Those worked out great, relatively quiet and bright enough for the super value price. It was a bit of a hassle to daisy chain all the wires, but in a standard ATX case it’s not hard to hide all the spaghetti for RGB control. RGB can be controlled through motherboard header, speed control through BIOS PWM curve, with 5 fans you can lower the speed to achieve a quiet operation.

I used these fans for a new ASUS pc build, and set them up on a ROG fan controller to also allow Aura color syncing. They are quiet, well built, and provide great airflow. The led lighting is brilliant and colorful, and they worked flawlessly. Great fan for the price, and the package gave me the exact number I needed at a better price per fan than individually.
