This thing is a great working cpu cooler, and it cheap to boot. Further more the quality is on par with peerless assassin. This thing also looks great in my all white case. This cooler keeps my R9 5900x at 84c on 24-7 4.5GHZ over clock. It does the trick I would recommend to a friend.

This thing is big. I have a full tower and it takes up most of the space between the motherboard and the door. It is a great price for a CPU fan that’s this big. It was easy to install, but it had no instructions with it. It also looks great.

Built a lot of PC over the years. This unit is a very competitive price point. Decent weight to it. Will be curious to test thermals for this in the near future, especially since it has a similar design to some competitive air coolers I've run in the past. Fins seem noticably less likely to cut me than I've seen in many other heatsinks. Based on construction, guessing this heatsink will provide adequate cooling for most mainstream CPUs, but I generally steer towards closed loop for higher end CPUs. Included instructions seem pretty basic, but adequate.

Update 1.16.2026. I really get tired of returning stuff that will just end up in a landfill. I contacted Kingcool and told them my problem. They were very responsive and sent me a full set of mounting brackets. Thank you Kingcool! I am updating my orignal one star to five for their customer service. I have yet to instll the cooler but it looks like it will do a fine job. Included just one of two mounting brackets for AMD processors. This is the second cooler I have ordered that has come incomplete. What is going on. I am severely upset.
