Whether you're a seasoned builder or a newcomer to PC building, you'll appreciate the thoughtful layout of this case. It's incredibly easy to work with, thanks to its tool-less design and ample cable management options. The interior is spacious enough to accommodate most micro-ATX motherboards and high-end graphics cards, ensuring that you can build a powerful system without feeling cramped. One of the standout features of the ASUS Prime AP201 is its excellent airflow design. Despite its small size, this case provides ample airflow to keep your components cool under load. The strategically placed vents and fan mounts ensure efficient cooling without excessive noise. Additionally, the dust filters help keep your system clean and running smoothly for longer periods. ★★★★★Great size, well made case
Great case, feels very well built and it has no glass! I had some old parts from a previous computer kicking around and wanted to repurpose them in a smaller case for a living room PC. I heavily considered the classic N200 case (which I’ve built in before) but the AP201 brings more modern features which will be more future proof if I decide to upgrade later. I especially like how wide the case is. It lists 170mm max CPU cooler height, and my old cooler is 161mm. Plenty of breathing room. Even with a semi-modular full size 750W PSU, I had no issue with cable management. The side panels that pop off are an excellent feature which makes access inside incredible. The fan mounting rails on top and in the rear are nice to make small adjustments, but the bottom fan mounts are fixed and there is no front fan mount (other than the PSU’s fan). For those of us holding onto 3.5” drives, there’s room for them too alongside the 2.5” mounts. All in all, a very nice home for my old i5 2500K and GTX 970 which I dug out of the closet.

★★★★★Perfect for Building a PC in a Tight Space
I used this for my Micro ATX build and it may be the best product I've purchased all year. First of all, all the panels are removable - they all come off for easy access when building. They stay put when you need them to, but are fairly easy to take off by sliding and pulling. Second, I have to mention the cable management. This case provides incredible cable management options. There are holes, channels, and attachment points everywhere. It's really impressive how much they managed to fit in here, both in terms of structure and in terms of negative space. The air flow - wow. This entire case is like a giant mesh, but it's also extremely sturdy. It's a work of engineering genius. It puts every other case to shame. As my title mentions, the size is perfect if you're like me and had to build for a shelf with limited height. I actually struggled for days to find a case that would meet my height and width requirements, but this one was perfect. It does make up for it with a lot of depth, so if you have a shelf that doesn't have a ton of depth, you may have to turn the case sideways or choose something else. As compact as this case is though, there is plenty of room inside for whatever you need. It's a bit like that bag from Harry Potter, or the suitcase from Halloweentown. The power button is easy to find and press without looking. The audio jacks and front USB ports are also conveniently located on the front in a time when many cases are putting them on top (again, this was imperative for me with limited shelf height). Overall, this case was absolutely perfect in every way for me. I really can't believe how fortunate I was to find it.

★★★★★Really nice case for the money but larger than expected
High quality case. The front, sides, and top pop off with some effort - no tools required and they securely stay attached. Case is heavy metal not cheap and flimsy. Has two front USB 3.0 ports (which is hard to find) plus a USB C port. There is plenty of space behind the motherboard tray for routing cables, which makes for a clean look. I didn't want a window or care about RGB since the case is on its side on a shelf. Only two cons are the fan that comes with the case is only a 3 pin not a 4 pin. The other con is the case is very deep from the front to the back. It is meant to hold a 360 MM radiator. The power supply is mounted in the front of the case, and there are 3 different heights it can be mounted at. Audio and USB cables are more than long enough for any application. There are 3 velcro loops for cable management.

★★★★★Good case overall. But it does have issues.
This is a solid case overall with great airflow and build quality. It’s clearly designed for modern builds using M.2 and 2.5" SSDs. However, the 3.5" hard drive support is not truly universal. The mounting points appear to be designed for very specific drive placements and don’t line up properly in many configurations. The included mounting options work best for 2.5" drives, which fit without issue. If you plan to use a standard 3.5" hard drive, you will likely need to purchase a separate mounting adapter or bracket to install it properly. This should be made clearer, because out of the box it can be confusing and frustrating.
