Hands down best chair ever! Better than Herman Miller. I have used many different chairs over the years and they all still left me with neck and back pain and wouldn’t be able to sit in them more than a couple hours. I decided to give this chair a try and I’m glad I did. It has been life changing. It’s super supportive and comfortable that I can sit in it all day long. It hugs you in the right spots and flexes with your movements. My shoulder blades are not being pushed inward like a lot of other chairs do and the lumbar support is the best. The footrest is a must have because it’s helps further to put you in that comfortable and supported position. I also got the upgraded wheels which feel super smooth rolling from hardwood to carpet

★★★★★What can I say about this chair?
I am not sure what more I can add other than all positives given by others. The back cushion, headrest, bottom cushion is perfect. The bottom cushion is stiff enuf for right comfort. The recline has enuf spring tension which you can control. Definitely buy it along with the foot rest. While the massage feature is not anywhere closer to real massage chair, it is not bad. It does the right amount of work for someone like me who has recurring back pain. The hand rest is at ideal position and keeps my arm parallel to height of my table. So far it’s been a week and nothing to complain.

★★★★★solid chair.. weak arms
The chair is well made and very easy to put together. I do like the piston lumbar support and being able to get a good stretch in.. the weakest part of the chair however is the arms. they swivel around way to easily and you cannot lock them into position other than up and down. this makes them feel odd.

★★★★★Very Niche Chair. Exactly What I was Looking For...
Was shopping around to replace my Tall & Fat office chair for my home. Same old boring chairs. I like to raise my armrests to ape hanger position. Same old hard to find boring. Then I came across this LiberNovo video and I was SOLD! Exactly what I was looking for in a chair. The first five minutes I thought it was overpriced but it only took me ten minutes to realize this chair does MORE than I expected. I NEVER had a chair that the armrests moved with me as I reclined and sat upright. What a feature. The fabric is plenty comfy and I hope the cushioning holds up over time. If they come out with a leather version I'd buy it in a minute. Definitely a HOME RUN purchase!

★★★★★Small chair no support
Chair seat depth is small and not adjustable. Armrest slide around way too easily. Footrest very hard not comfortable very thin cushion your legs get numb quickly when using. Chair is not comfortable as people make it out to be. (Biggest selling point)During long sessions of work still find myself having stiffness in my back.Bought thinking I would be able to sit in longer be more productive that is not case. The electronics don't even use function. I'm 5'6" still found chair seat depth small. All in all it's not worth price or their discounted price. Now been trying to get refunded for chair for longest. Customter service non existent. Chair damaged when shipped. There is hole in bottom of chair near part where it reclines will lead to cracking on the bottom frame . No support on chair. Their customer support just AI.
