I was using the original Virtuosos for over a year and really wanted the bluetooth functionality as I was spending more time distanced from the computer/console. These really come in clutch when I'm out studying in the library (they're a serious DND icon) and the sound quality is great. They're wireless and still have a wired hookup, along with the functionality buttons for sound control. The only qualm I have with it which may be resolved in my settings is the inactivity timer -- Sometimes they'll shut off while I'm working and getting them to reactivate is slightly annoying. I wish I could turn the RGB off entirely -- it's not like you can see it at all, and it probably lessens battery life a bit. Overall, great product.

I bought these because I do some streaming and I didn't have enough room for a boom mic, so these fit the bill. They were cheap at the time, at $104.00. I researched these for over a week before I ordered. Since I have been using them, they sound amazing, and the 7.1 is just out of this world for some headphones. The headphones I used before this were a set of Logitech g933. Great sound, but a crappy microphone. These, on the other hand, are badaxx. They are the equivalent of the Steelseries as far as sound, if not better, but also a way better mic. I did have to adjust my noise suppression, limiter, and noise gate. These are all great things about them, and they are super comfy. But here is one con: when you are watching something and the audio cuts out, normally, you can fix this by forcing the firmware. simple fix Open icure, go to icure settings, click on updates. Here you will see updates. Just click on your headphones. Even if the firmware is out of date, check for updates. Once it searches, you will see 3 little dots below. It says force firmware. Do this with both headphones and a dongle. The problem should be fixed. Besides this annoying bug that can be fixed in 5 minutes, they are worth the money. It doesn't always happen. Mine hasn't done it for almost 3 months. When this happened, I googled like everyone else. Nothing helped, but I knew it had to be driver related of some type. I decided to use the hexx because it forces the firmware. For the 5 hours I spent on Google trying to solve this issue that was driving me insane, it didn't help much. I hope this helps

This headset has everything i want. Build quality, decent audio quality, fantastic mjc (by headset standards) that actually sounds natural and not like an airline pilot or something, Bluetooth with no inconveniences, good battery life and fast charging (hour-2 to fill from empty for about 15-20 hour run) The issue is that none of the EQ or mic settings save to the headset nor the dongle which means they do not carry over to console. Despite that, the default audio in my opinion is pretty good but is just missing that little something. The mic is amazing but on PS5 it picks up lots of background noise contrary to reviews i had seen where the mic had close to no background noise. I would potentially be able to remove background noise by balancing mic input volume and Playstation input volume. Thats how i removed background noise on other headsets. In the end i am still considering keeping the virtuoso and HOPEFULLY they release an update so sliders cary over. Also i replaced the earcups. That is an absolute must do upgrade. The stock cups are are too shallow and do not seal around my ear which cauaed audio inconstancy but $20-$30 on third party earcups improved the audio a lot. And the added size necessary because the stock cups didn't seal on the bottom . Its heartbreaking how close to perfect these are but the one thing i didn't consider was sliders not carrying over to playstation from PC

Been rocking these for about 3 years and they are still going strong and the ear cushions are final show abit of wear but not enough to replace them yet

I got these for my step mother, because she loves to play piano, sing, and do recordings. I am not sure she had used them for these purposes, but I hope she does. I am pretty sure they are fantastic.
