💡 How to pick a CPU cooler
What to look for:
  • TDP rating must exceed your CPU's TDP
  • Socket compatibility (AM5, LGA1851, etc.)
  • Fits within your case's cooler height limit
💰 Air coolers are reliable and quiet. AIO liquid coolers handle high-TDP CPUs best

★★★★★Fantastic CPU cooler for a great price.
Performance is superb. Switched out my "mushroom" style stock cooler on my 12th gen i7. Idle temps dropped from 50c to 39-40c. Under 100% load it reaches about 52c, which is fantastic compared to the stock cooler that was giving temps of over 70c under full load. Fan is whisper quiet, perfect fit for an lga 1700 CPU, installation is easy if you already have a backplate, otherwise you have to take out your whole motherboard to attach it to the rear. Looks great in the case. Took me about 15 mins to install ( had to remove a proprietary backplate to install, overall pretty easy ). For the cost, its a great buy.

★★★★★Cool and Simple for an older board/build with no ARGB
Have one of these in a Ryzen 3600 and it keeps it running cool with the CPU on a small undervolt and clocked at 4ghz. It's decently quiet, but hard to tell with the other case fans being a bit noisy. Fits great and does well.

★★★★★So much better than a stock AMD cooler!
Ok, let's be honest...this is an absolute insane deal for a CPU cooler. Does it perform as good as something that costs 3-4 times as much? No, it doesn't but it's still so much better than a stock AMD cooler that comes with previous generation Ryzen 3 and Ryzen 5 series CPU's. I built a PC for my nephew using an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU and I was forced to use the stock AMD wraith stealth cooler that came with it. Then I came across this cooler a few months ago and I was astonished at how cheap it was. I wanted to give it some time and wait for some reviews to be submitted before I ultimately decided to purchase it. After seeing some YouTubers review it, I decided to save up some money (all $17) and just buy it. Here's my thoughts so far: - Aluminum heatsink fins do seem a bit flimsy and you have to be very careful when installing to not accidentally bend one of them. - I like how it included an extra set of clips in case you wanted to get a second fan to stick on the other side of the heatsink. Making this cooler a dual fan solution might be a good experiment in the future. - The temps did change considerably after installation. Not only did the CPU temps decrease by 10-12 degrees at load but the ambient temps in the case changed as well since this cooler helps push air out of the case. - It's honestly not that loud under load. I may even under-volt the CPU a bit to make it even quieter! - I am noticing more and more cheap alternatives to this product but I went with this one because I really liked the all black design.

★★★★All That It Needs To Be
This cooler is exactly what it looks like, it's cheap, but functional. And it has a nice blackout aesthetic to it, no exposed copper and aluminum. The performance is decent, and is good for an upgrade over a stock cooler. The heatsink sits offset from the CPU cold plate, so you'll want to install it such that the fan is above your RAM. If you want to install it the other way for some reason, I foresee RAM clearance being an issue. Installation was my only pain point, the instructions seemed clear at first, but getting into it, it was harder to install than expected. Bags were mislabeled for what socket they were supposed to be for. Parts didn't fit snuggly enough which made it a bit harder to install. But once everything was in place, it works well. It's not unexpected, but I'm still happy that it included extra fan clips. I had another fan from a previous cooler that I was able to attach and improve performance. Because of the clearance I mentioned above, I needed to offset the fan off of the heatsink a little bit to not hit the RAM, no big deal though.

★★★★★Very quiet cooler
Used it to replace the stock cooler on my 5600x. Cooler has improved the temps drastically and has significantly reduced noise, with it now only being audible under load.
