★★★★★Impressively engineered and high performing product.
Packaging: 10/10
Instructions: 10/10
Build quality: 10/10
Cooling Performance: 10/10
Noise: 8.8/10
Price 10/10
The packaging is premium quality and I was very impressed. They obviously dedicated a lot of time and detail into designing it, and the unboxing experience was something that they clearly had a focus on.
The included manual is very detailed with complete step by step instructions with diagrams for each step, for both Intel and AMD CPUs in several languages.
I replaced a Noctua NH-D15 with this EK 360mm AIO and have incredibly low temps under load and am now able to aggressively undervolt my 5900x even more with PBO and am getting much better single and multi-threaded performance. With this aggressive OC I am still only hitting a high temp of 71C under extended full loads on Cinebench 2026.
There is no observable pump noise whatsoever. The fans are quite high quality but got a bit whiny for me around the 1300-1350 rpm range.
The unit comes with preapplied thermal paste on the copper cold plate and also with a tube of their own thermal paste for future repastes. The hose connections at the pump are adjustable and can be rotated to help best orient and route the hoses through your case. The cover in the center of the pump can also be rotated.
I paid $119.95 for the unit. This beats everything on the market for 360mm AIOs in price/performance ratio in my opinion except for probably the ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III which is $30 cheaper and has nearly as good performance with it's massive radiator.
If you are pushing overclocks and want the best performance that you can get, and don't care about RBG nonsense, buy this.

★★★★★Good cooler
Swapped from deepcool 240 to this 360 and saw my 5800x go from avg 80-90c to avg 50-60c. Great 👍

★★★★★Works.......can get loud when it ramps up
I moved my rig into a antecs performance 1ft case. Figured I would go head and change out the cpu and cooling all at once. I had a 3800x and upgraded to a 5800x3d. They have the same tdp.......hot. While gaming it runs around 51 to 53 c. My case has 3 140's in the front and one 120 in the rear. Very good air flow. This was mounted on the top. I used noctua nt-h2. Mount was easy. The four screws for my pump to cpu mount went in til they bottomed out. Ok.........I did not change any fan profiles. When you boot up or a game is loading it will ramp up and its loud. After game gets going fan speeds will lower. My rig sits 1.5 feet away level with me. I can hear the fans at all times. I notice this because the case I had before ran with four 200mm fans........silent.

★★★★★The Most Powerful AIO Cooler for Intel i9-13900K CPU
For those who seek a maximum sustained performance of the Intel i9-13900K CPU or its equivalent, the EK Nucleus CR360 AIO Liquid CPU Cooler is one of the best liquid cooling options as of 2023. With this AIO, I was able to push Cinebench R23 score above 40,000 (40,100 in my benchmark test), where the Intel i9-13900K CPU was overclocked and all the power limits were removed in the BIOS. The new score represents a 6% improvement over the 37,800 score obtained from the built-in AIO CPU cooler (ThermalTake Water 3.0 240mm ARGB Sync CPU Waterblock Cooling System) on the same i9-13900K based PC.
During the benchmark’s 10-minute run, the new AIO was able to keep the average CPU Package Power at 315~320W, while the built-in one was only able to keep the power at 245W. The extra power draw contributed to the performance gains that would improve CPU-intensive tasks, e.g. the rendering of intermediate- and long-duration videos where both CPU & GPU are heavily utilized, complex video editing where some of the edits are performed by CPU instead of GPU, RAW photo editing and RAW-to-JPEG conversion where the work is done by CPU.
On the other hand, the EK Nucleus CR360 AIO cooler is unnecessary for those who only occasionally need a peak performance of the Intel i9-13900K CPU for a short burst of a few seconds. In this situation, there’re cheaper alternatives like 240mm AIO CPU coolers.

★★★★★Wow
Replaced the Dark Rock Pro I was using and man is it a huge improvement. Not only is it about the same volume as the air cooler, but temps are much better. For reference I'm using a Fractal Pop XL Silent with all the accoustic panels in place. I added 3 fans to the front for a push/pull and I'm absolutely floored. After bad experiences with other AIO coolers I was nervous, but EK delivered. Easy install and a can't say enough about this cooler. For those without room for a 360 rad check out their 280, cooling is about the same for the two.
