Lian Li GA II LITE 240mm AIO Liquid CPU Cooler | 2 x 120mm Performance FDB Fans, Daisy-Chain, Low Noise

I recently swapped out my old cooler for the Lian Li Galahad II Lite (360mm ARGB), and it has been a total lifesaver for my build. My previous AIO just wasn't cutting it, but this unit has completely restored my confidence in my rig’s thermals. Pro-Level Thermal Performance: On my current Ryzen 9 7900X, the temperatures are finally exactly where they need to be: Idle/Daily Tasks: Low 50s. Gaming Load: Even during intense sessions, it peaks at a solid 73°C. The cooling power is impressive. I will note that the fans can get a little loud when the CPU starts peaking under heavy load, but honestly, I prefer that. It lets me know the AIO is doing its job and ramping up to move heat away from the processor as fast as possible. Once the temps drop, it settles back down nicely. Ready for the Ryzen 9 9950X3D: Because this cooler is handling my 7900X so effortlessly, I’ve decided to move forward with my plan to upgrade to the Ryzen 9 9950X3D. I was originally worried about the cooling requirements for a flagship 16-core chip, but seeing how efficiently the Galahad II Lite manages heat spikes, I’m 100% confident it can keep the new X3D chip stable and cool. Final Thoughts: Build Quality: Premium look and feel. The ARGB lighting is beautiful and easy to sync. Ease of Install: Mounting was a breeze (especially with my new Fanttik electric screwdriver!). Verdict: If you have a high-end Ryzen 9 and want a cooler that prioritizes performance and speed, this is the one. It’s quiet when you’re just browsing and aggressive when you’re gaming—exactly what a high-performance PC needs.

So I wanna start this by saying I know my CPU doesn't need an AIO however I will say any CPU will benefit from an aio it's always better to have cooler temps. I'm running a 7600X with this cooler. Ran 10 minute multi core stress test- pump set to 35% and fans set to the same and it never went above 82°C. It did hit 82 but then dropped right back down. It is also virtually silent at this speed, the fans are a little loud but nowhere near as bad as I was expecting. I bought mine used too and it was fine besides the little logo part having one of the 2 clips to hold it in snapped. Tho with just one it stays fine. I also didn't connect the RGB header cuz I am anti-rgb. Did sound like it had an air bubble at first but I put pump fan to max and that fixed it after about 10-20 minutes. I would highly recommend this cooler, even if your system is right next to you. It's not silent by any means but it's not overwhelmingly loud either. It's about like if you had a series x or ps5 next to you, which is what I was going for. Hopefully it lasts me a long time. I did some more research online and found that it's actually best to run your pump at max all the time if you can handle the noise. This pump at max is actually not that bad really but I have mine set to 50 percent on all curves. DO NOT HAVE YOU AIO PUMP FAN SET FOR A BUNCH OF DIFFERENT SPEEDS BASED ON TEMP. If you are running any higher CPU than mine I highly recommend setting it to about 75 percent and then curve your fans as you please. At this percent it will do the best work moving heat away. However you can get away with lower like in my situation. Just don't curve your pump fan is all. Cuz then it'll go up and down all the time and it'll end up being the failing point of the aio. If the fans fail you can replace those. The fans in the Performance version can move some air tho, loud as they can get they are effective and sleek looking. The names are confusing. I imagined "Lite" was somehow smaller or less effective than the original, and that the "ARGB" version was as good as the black version, but with pretty lights. Both assumptions were wrong. "Lite" is the newest, strongest version. The non-ARGB, black "Pro" version does have the same ARGB-lit pump which is beautiful, just no lights on the fans. The "Pro" version has upgraded black fans with fluid-dynamic bearings, which apparently are quieter, more expensive, and last longer. Now that I know this, I would choose the "black" version. But I ordered the slightly cheaper ARGB version on sale, and then it was too late to cancel. As it turns out, the slightly cheaper ARGB Lite version is excellent. For low-load, non-gaming applications, the fans are silent. The pump makes a low, throbbing sound that's annoying in a silent room, but with normal levels of background noise, it's not too bad. Under high load, the fans drown out the pump. The fans are not louder than the Thermalright Phantom Spirit air cooler I used to have. Some reviewers say the Phantom Spirit is just as good as a liquid cooler. Not in my system. I have a hot running Intel core i7-14700k processor that used to reach 82 degrees C with the Phantom Spirit air cooler. With the new liquid cooler, I see a 10-15 degree drop in max CPU temperatures. I installed this cooler in a Lian Li Lancool 217 case. The case and the cooler seem to be made for each other. Everything fits perfectly, and the screws align just right. The ARGB-lit pump is lovely. With my case on the floor, and my radiator installed up top, I can't see the fans, or even any light from the fans, since my components are all black. In my case, there wasm't any reason to choose the ARGB fans over higher-quality black fans. However, it's already installed, and it runs quiet, cool, and beautiful. I'm happy with it.

Good. Fits in Hyte Y60 case. No issues and seeing lower temps on a Ryzen 9 5900X. Mounting the radiator and fans in this case to the mounting bracket seemed VERY tight but it fits.
