★★★★★How the RX 7900 XTX impressed me with its performance, features, and aesthetics
I bought the RX 7900 XTX to upgrade my gaming PC and I am very happy with my purchase. This card is a beast and can handle any game I throw at it with ease. Here are some of the things I liked about it: - The RGB lighting is amazing and customizable. I synced it up with my ASUS Hero X 570 motherboard using Armory Crate and made it react to music, sounds, games, and movies. It looks awesome and adds to the immersion. - The price is very reasonable for the performance. It is way cheaper than the RTX 4080 and performs about the same or even better in some cases. It is definitely worth the money. - The cooling and noise are excellent. I haven't had any coil whine even on overclocked mode and at 100% load. The fans are quiet and keep the card cool under stress. The card ran at about 85°C on quiet mode and sometimes lower, and about 95°C on overclock mode. It has a max safe temp of 110°C according to AMD before throttling happens, but it never reached that for me. - The features are impressive. I like the AMD Freesync technology that eliminates screen tearing and stuttering. I also like the Adrenaline UI that lets me tweak the settings, monitor the performance, and update the drivers easily. The card performed much better after I updated the driver with Adrenaline, so make sure to do a clean install on any card to avoid problems. - The design is sleek and sturdy. The card has a metal backplate and a black and red color scheme that matches my build. It also has a dual BIOS switch that lets me choose between performance and quiet modes. - The AMD Smart Access Memory is a bonus. I used a Ryzen 7 3800x CPU and it ran just fine with no bottlenecking. This feature allows the CPU to access more of the GPU memory, boosting the performance even further. - The switch from Nvidia to AMD was smooth and satisfying. I always used Nvidia cards before, but this was my first time going with an AMD graphics card. I'm really glad I gave AMD a chance. They have improved a lot and offer great products at competitive prices. - **The performance in different games was amazing. I monitored three games in AMD Adrenaline and here are the results:** **Hogwarts Legacy: No ray tracing, quiet mode, ultra settings with AMD FSR quality, 4K resolution with a 120 FPS cap (because that's my gaming TV's refresh rate). With a playtime of 68 minutes in the castle area mainly, I got an average FPS of 87.5. The game looked stunning and ran smoothly. **Destroy All Humans: Max settings, quiet mode, 4K resolution with a 120 FPS cap. With a playtime of 47 minutes, I got an average FPS of 103.8. It stayed at 120 FPS most of the time except when I went into the saucer, but it stayed above 100 FPS. The game was fun and responsive. **Spyro Reignited Trilogy: Max settings, quiet mode, 4K resolution with a 120 FPS cap. With a playtime of 21 minutes, I got an average FPS of 111.4. It stayed at 120 FPS most of the time as well. The game was colorful and smooth. The RX 7900 XTX is a great graphics card that delivers amazing performance, features, and aesthetics. It can run any game at high resolutions and settings without breaking a sweat. It is also cheaper and quieter than its competitors. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful and affordable gaming card. You won't regret it!

★★★★★Absolutely Incredible Buy. Outstanding Performance!
This card is a monster. The Red Devil 7900 XTX chews through everything I play in 4K with ultra settings and still keeps frame rates buttery smooth. Games like Cyberpunk 2077, Starfield, and Call of Duty all run beautifully without any stutter or overheating. The build quality is top notch. The triple fan design keeps it cool and quiet even during long gaming sessions, and the RGB lighting looks great without being over the top. Installation was easy and it worked right out of the box with zero driver issues. What surprised me most is how efficient it is for the amount of performance you get. Temperatures stay low, power draw is reasonable, and it easily beats cards that cost quite a bit more. If you are looking for a high end graphics card that delivers top tier performance without breaking the bank, this is the one to get. The Red Devil name fits perfectly because this card is an absolute powerhouse.

★★★★★Its a BEAST and a monster, WOW
SO I'm a bit of a hardware junkie, I enjoy building and tuning and benchmarking just as much actually gaming or doing work on the machine. I bought this card for MSRP from Amazon, so I didn't pay scalper prices, so take that in to account. First off the card looks AWESOME, and is very well made, the inclusion of 2 5v 3 pin RGB headers that can be controlled by the card is a nice touch, also the accessories kit is surprisingly nice too. I used the card for about 2 weeks in its stock form before getting the new EK water-block for it. So i can compare the performance of card water cooled and water-cooled. With the stock water cooler the card is surprisingly cool and quiet even under full load with the junction temp maxing around 80c, just make sure your case has adequate air flow, cause you can dump as much as 450watts of heat under full load, yikes! Water cooled its even better. I pushed the card in 3dmark, nothing really crazy just bumped the power limit and clocks and I got about 8% of performance. If you are in the marked for a high end GPU in 2023 consider the RD7900XTX, the extra VRam you get over the 4080 is gonna be way more beneficial in about 2 years than the 10% better RT performance of the 4080.

★★★★★PowerColor Red Devil AMD 7900XTX Delivers Quality and Performance
Purchased mine late January 2025, picked a horrible time to build a PC first time since 2000. I’ve bought premade the last 25 years and honestly my 2011 MacBook Pro has lasted me until I needed faster bus drive speeds thunderbolt 1 was sufficient enough until now. Back to the powercolor red devil 7900xtx. I bought mine from Amazon Resale - Like New which is their highest standard on resale. Tested and all original packaging is available. I paid $1,120 for mine as I’ve seen the increase pre and post tariffs. The graphics card was prestige condition no dings or scratches mint condition. Packaging was torn the OG box but all contents were inside in their original packaging. I was happy to see the anti sag tool inside because this is a chongus graphic card. I do hear coil whine it’s not bothersome only on boot up of games loading shaders etc. I used to game on PS4 so I’m used to aircraft sounds lol. Adrenaline drivers pre 2nd March update was wonky my games suffered mid fps drops until AMD updated on their end so definitely grab the latest driver I opt for unsigned one by Microsoft it’s solid I recommend it. My fps on TFD running medium graphics and high ray tracing avg 160-180 fps with 4-6 ms input lag. Marvel Rivals is hitting 300-400 fps on ultra settings for me. I am running X870E MOBO AORUS Pro Ice v1.0 with 9800X3D and Royal Neo CL28 2x16GB RAM. Win11Pro. Tokyo Xtreme Racer 238fps 2ms input lag. I’m hitting good numbers with 60-67°C on load. This card is a beast it might not have the fancy DLSS upscaler but FSR with this new update really shines for price and availability unlike Nvidia. Give AMD 1-2 more generations it’ll be the new Nvidia powerhouse. They control processor market now crippling Intel the original integrated electronics of Robert Noyce era. AMD is known as fairchildren of the Fairchild semiconductor company birthed out of Silicon Valley right there where Lockheed Martin was born from also a Fairchild. I recommend this graphics card for your gaming needs still cheaper than a 4090 if can find any and significantly cheaper than the 5080/5090 hype.

★★★★Had it for 3 years, still love it!
It's massive, heavy, thick, barely fits in a MATX case and I love it! I love using mods for old games Skyrim, FO4, FO New Vegas, Star Wars games, ect. (and some new games) and had nothing but problems with my 3070 8gb, the 24gb of memory allowed any amount of mods I wished. When I first got it the coil whine was horrible but reducing the fps to what my monitor can actually produced remedied that but I hear each one is different (mine doesn't like over 244hz) other than that the card runs silent with that chonker of a heatsink. Only maintenance I have done is replace the heatsink paste with a phase change pad which was suggested by many other owners as the paste they use gets thermally pumped out over time and the process was surprisingly easy thanks to the high quality thermal pads they used, as long as you heat it up with a hair dryer, comes straight off no torn pads. It's nuts that its 2026 now and over the 3 years I've had this its still me most powerful AMD card you can get, the reason for the one star dock was the mandatory (over time) thermal paste replacement and having coil whine out of the box (easily fixed), other than that great solid card I have loved for years!
