I run a real estate call center, so you can imagine the kind of noisy environment I am in every day. This headset does the best job at making sure my voice comes through crystal clear. I love absolutely everything about this headset except for the software, it is obviously an afterthought and for a non tech-savvy person I could see it being confusing. Overall it's a great value if you want to pay for clear phone calls. It functions well, highly recommend.

The noise canceling mic is AMAZING, the sound quality is good, the wireless charging stand is cool and convenient, they are pretty comfortable, one of the best "work" headsets I have ever used. With all that going they only receive 1 stars because there is a 1-2 second delay from when I receive a call to when I have audio and the audio fades in from low to the normal volume. The call software I use for work NICE has a 1 second ring tone and unless I'm looking at the screen I don't know I have someone on the line. I have tried every setting in the EPOS Connect app, I have tried with and without the dongle, I have changed almost every setting on my PC and nothing gets rid of the delay. You can also see the delay by opening YouTube and the first time you start a video the first second or two you can't hear until it fades in. You can then start the video over and it works fine. It's almost like the headset goes into a sleep type mode and takes a second or so to wake. Customer support says it's just how Bluetooth works but that's not even close to being true as I own a lot of different Bluetooth earbuds and headsets and I have ZERO delay when using my, AirPods 3, OnePlus Buds Pro 3, Galaxy Buds 3 and my Corsair Virtuoso Gaming headset with and without Corsair's dongle, in fact I'm using the Corsair headset today for work but they are heavy and not comfortable to wear for 8 hours. So due to this one small but major shortcoming these are being returned. If it wasn't for this one deal breaking issue these would be almost the perfect work headset.

These were amazing for voice suppression. I had my son screaming in the background and no one could hear him on Teams. Highly recommend for working from home with kiddos. They were also very comfortable and didn’t squish my ears down to where they were hurting like other headsets have.

ANC - Decent but not as strong as AirPods Pro, but it’s good enough to lower down people voice and able to hear the person in the call. Sidetone - This is what I like the most. I can hear my own voice while the ANC is on, in realtime, no echo. It sounds clear and crisp, but in slightly higher pitch. Sometime it feels weird because you can even hear faint lips moist sound and even your own heart beat sound when this feature is on. Sound quality - If you wanna listen music with this, I’d recommend not too. Music quality is just ok, lack of bass. Generally just higher pitch and suits better only for calls. Connectivity - Good amount of options. Have been using the Bluetooth dongle and never have any disconnection or freezing issue with Teams. Battery life - This is strong. Use it for 1-2 hours daily and can last more than a week. I even like it when it can charge wirelessly using the stand. Shipping - Took a whopping 1 month stuck at Order Received and never ship out. After contacting support, cancelling and reordering again would they only start shipping after few days. Terrible experience for international buyer.

I am shocked and delighted by how well this headset works. I have talked to a coworker while standing next to two jackhammers and the person on the other end could hear me and could not hear the jackhammers. I did a radio interview while on a train with lots of background noise and it sounded like I was in a quiet room. I had a conference call in my subaru outback while my six-year-old daughter sang loudly the entire time. Nobody could tell. I honestly don't know how they did this, but it's the coolest tech product I've bought in a long time.
