★★★★★Best value 4K monitor on the market and it's not even close
tl;dr At ~$300 it's an immediate buy.
The value for money of this monitor is truly insane - the number of ports, high quality screen with accurate colors, metal stand, high refresh rate, 1080p 320hz mode, and KVM functionality is not something you ever see at this price. The clarity of the screen is great, I'd put it on par with my Macbook Pro display which I thought couldn't be beat.
I also like how they designed the stand *properly*, it's a single piece of metal vs. a bunch of legs so you get much more space on your desk as a result. My old monitor used 3 legs and it basically took up all of the vertical space on the desk which forced me to sit very close to the monitor.
The only negatives I can think of and I'm mostly nitpicking here as the price justifies these concerns:
1. The stand doesn't have a hole for cable management + there is a very slight bit of wobble (it's not too noticeable and corrects itself fast)
2. Viewing angles are good and perfectly workable, but not perfect.
3. Brightness is again good enough but not perfect - I sit in front of a window in direct sunlight and could probably use another 50-100 nits of brightness, but I never feel like I'm having a hard time seeing what's on the screen, only that my old monitor with mini LEDs was a bit brighter by maybe 10%.

★★★★★Excellent value for the money!
$310 with coupon goes a lot farther than it did just 2.5 years ago. Back then I got a 4k 60 panel that was color accurate, but didn't even have auto input switching and had a terrible control interface. This 4k 160 / 1080p 320 hz panel is excellent. The vignette effect others have complained about is real, but unless you are sitting extremely close to your display, you won't notice it in day to day use. I have a TN panel that I use as a side panel, and it has such a small view angle range. The M27UP is hardly noticable in comparison. The KVM is also very helpful between my work laptop and my gaming desktop. It will auto switch the inputs if one is off. Had to manually move a bunch of cables around previously, now I never do.
Response time in Smart OD mode is good. I tend to play older games, so modding Batman Arkham Asylum to be 300+ fps was cool. I can easily read text while panning.
If this was to be used in a vertical orientation, keep in mind this monitor has a chin that would make the Crimson Chin blush. The control nub is quite sensitive, takes a bit to get used to.
Wide connectivity support, very bright, obviously do not use this for HDR though. My workstation/gaming setup is now complete!

★★★★★So good bought another 3 days later
Bought one to use as my main monitor for my PC. Second monitor was a 1080p acer. Within 3 days I decided that I needed to buy another M27UP. Colors, brightness, and the picture look awesome. It’s a Great monitor, great design, comes with every cord you could ever need. 10/10 would buy again. And I did lmao second one will be here in a few days

★★★★★BUYER BEWARE: This monitor has TWO FLAWS
This monitor is pretty decent for the price IMO. Speakers, many ports, 4k 160Hz, good color, etc. Could honestly be OK for a lot of people. BUT TWO things that made me return it:
1. The viewing angle as other reviewers have stated, is not good. You for sure have to be center of the screen, right in the middle, not looking from the side in any way. You will notice the issue i promise you LOL.
2. The IPS glow was a little bit on the bad side. Maybe do-able for certain people who maybe don't game as much or just don't care about IPS Glow due to the games they play. But for me, I play different games (Multiplayer, RPG, AAA Single Player) and could notice the glow.
I didn't take a picture of the glow but the corners were kinda bad. I believe I was playing RDR2 for example and could notice. But if you think you won't mind or notice, then this monitor could be a great value buy for $330.

★★★★★New Monitor had Black Dot
I bought the 4k monitor new. I had it for 3 days until I noticed a black dot. I am not used to black dots on my monitors be it laptop or gaming monitor. It did bother me because it was new. I ended up returning it back for a full refund. I am a bit concerned about buying a 4k monitor now. I have an old monitor I bought 4 years ago and the resolution is 1080p at 120hz, its for my Xbox Series X. This old monitor has not given me any problems whatsoever. I want to upgrade and invest in a 4k monitor but if dead pixels is an issue I might not. We will see how badly I want a 4k monitor even though I might get one with a dead pixel(s). Something to think about when purchasing these 4k monitors going forward.
