ViewSonic VX3267U-4K 4K UHD 32 Inch IPS Monitor with 65W USB C, HDR10 Content Support, Ultra-Thin Bezels

Granted it's been only two days ... but I love this monitor. I researched the heck out of monitors to pair with a new Mac Mini M4. Read all of the "best of" lists - but they typically list monitors in the "above $1K" range. That's crazy when you just need a good, reliable, sharp monitor for home use. I'm not an artist who needs ultra-close color consistency. I'm not a video creator. Just a home user who needs a good monitor. I found it here. It doesn't show up on any lists but my goodness it is good. This is replacing, btw, an iMac computer and monitor which we loved. It was super easy to set up and delivers outstanding performance for my needs. We went with the 32" model and I ended up changing the resolution (everything was just so BIG). Other than that, it was plug and play. Very happy.

Love this monitor! Very easy to connect, crisp picture quality, and love that charges MacBook. Had a small picture quality issue when first connected but after calling ViewSonic's very helpful tech support, then directed me to turn off off HDR settings on my Mac (it is an older 2019 Intel MacBook Pro) it has worked perfectly.

Looks great, works well. I've run it from multiple input sources and operation has been flawless. Charges my USB-C laptop without the need for the laptop's external charging cable. Would buy again.

I really like this monitor. I came from a 2019 iMac 27" 5K and upgraded to the new Mac Mini M4. The image quality is better than I expected for the price. It's at least at bright as the iMac 27" display and the 4K sharpness is similar. It also supports sRBG color in the MacOS 26 Display settings. (Setting sRGB in the monitor's settings makes the screen seem darker, so use the Default Auto settings in the monitor and select sRGB on the Mac, instead.} A couple of important notes. Another reviewer said you can't connect this to the Mac Mini M4 using HDMI. That is not true, however the picture quality is much better using Display Port through the included USB-C cable. Things I hate about this monitor? Setting this thing up the first time was painful. I already knew what settings I wanted, but the primitive way the controls work made it difficult to accomplish. I think the best comparison would be the sending of a text message on a phone before we had smart phones. The other thing is the crappy sounding speakers. You can't even change the volume without fighting with the monitors buttons. The first thing I did was disable them in the monitor's settings and just use the Mac's speakers, which sound 100X better, anyway. (The Viewsonic Monitor shows up in the sound output settings, so be sure to set them to the Mac speakers.) Unfortunately, my monitor came with a small defect in the upper corner of the screen. So be doubly sure to look yours over carefully. For the price I paid, I really liked this monitor, so I decided to return the defective one and replace it with the same model, but for some strange reason, Amazon forced me to buy something else.

Biggest problem I have with most 4K panels is that they're almost always a 27", which leaves a rather aggressive pixel pitch for the viewer. My eyes are starting to go, and I didn't want to rely on being a nearsighted user to be able to make up for it, I really hate taking my glasses off and on to be able to use a screen. The extra 5" of room really makes a big difference, as it's possible to see everything at a comfortable viewing distance and maintaining proper posture while doing things like typing. This review, for example. The color is good, and manages the space listed in the docs well, having little distortion horizontally and vertically. The VESA 100 mounting points make it easy to fit on an arm, and it now floats nicely above my desk, dead-on at the correct height. I get good results with the USB-C connection back to my mac mini, and while it's not the best for gaming, only supporting the 60Hz refresh rate, the level of ghosting is extremely small, if not unnoticeable. All in all I'm completely pleased with this monitor, and the value is simply unmatched.
