The thrills basic motherboard. I like these for budget new builds I do for others. Will say be careful about putting anything more than a 5700x in it as the higher voltage 5800 - xt can cut pretty close to making things unstable, but with a little under volt you can still run them. It will put a good load on your vrm’s which you only have 6 and are not being cooled with a heatsink.

However, aside from these limitations, it performs very well! I haven't experienced any cooling issues, especially since I use a good air cooler. I know the pc doesn't look that good but its a start and I'm actually happy that it works .

Purchased a few for budget builds. Has gone over 2yrs years with no user issues. Pro 1: Very stable board. This has been a go to board for many AM4 builds. Pro 2: AsRock made it quicker to enable network boot unlike other manufacturer’s that require different BIOS screens. Con 1: Giving it 4 stars because it takes EXTREMELY long on first POST (eTPM). Many times I’ve troubleshooted the RAM because I forgot how long this board takes to show a picture on first power ON. After that, it POST like a normal board. Pro Tip: Network boot is defaulted to HTTPS as first option. If using iPXE, you have to make iPXE the first boot option otherwise, boot up will fail. Would I buy it again? Yes.

Only been a week, but out of the box, powered up & installed Windows 11 with no problem. This was a new exchange for a DOA similar MSI Mobo. Tested with some newer games and all's well. Amazon's quick exchange policy really shined here. Only lost about a day due to needing that failed new board replaced. We'll see how it holds up from here.

It was easy to install into my case. Easy to install my cpu. No BIOS update needed for the Ryzen 5 3600. Very easy to update to windows 11. I’m not overlocking my cpu so I can’t help you there but yeah very good budget motherboard. Highly recommended!
