★★★★Completely adequate, but not extraordinary
I bought this PSU in a bundle deal, paired with the ASRock RX 9060xt Steel Legend GPU. The PSU took ages to ship, and arrived almost an entire week after the GPU. However, that’s not really relevant to the review. It’s obviously a non-modular PSU, and at this power level naturally only has a 6+2 PCI cable. However, the biggest thing to note is the backwards thinking with the accessory power. A single SATA power cable (triple chain) and while they COULD have had another, they instead opted for a 1 SATA + 2 molex cable instead. This confounds me, because….seriously? Molex? I haven’t even seen a molex-powered fan in the last 5 years, aside from a few Temu-level e-waste fans. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5, is that in my mind, 5 stars is reserved for something social. Something extraordinary. And this PSU is not. While it most certainly is 100% sufficient for the computer I’m building (just something basic to run a golf simulator) it definitely lacks firepower for higher/end systems, or PCs with additional storage devices and equipment. So while it’s perfectly adequate, it’s nothing special. That being said, I’m very happy with my purchase, is it was essentially free when bundled with the GPU. Would I buy this standalone? That’s hard to say. Depends on the price. My current go-to for “budget oriented” PSUs are the Thermaltake Smart series, but only time will tell if this unit holds up as well

★★★★★ONLY SINGLE 8-PIN PCI POWER CONNECTOR 650W
Only comes with a single 8-pin PCI power connector. On a 650w PSU this is unacceptable. Most GPUs have dual 8 pin connectors. DONT BUY IF YOU PLAN TO USE A MID RANGE GRAPHICS CARD. THIS PSU IS FOR ENTRY LEVEL GPUS ONLY. SINGLE 8-PIN.
