Powers most computer builds just fine.
I used this to rebuild an older computer with an aged power supply that failed after a recent surge. This provides plenty of wattage and enough cable types to connect most builds. One nicety is that is includes the newer 12v-2x6 connector. It's at a price that barring any major deals, it's a reliable option for most budgets.
It's quiet and cheap, but remember it's not modular so have a plan for the cables.

★★★★★Great value, flexible, non-modular PSU. Great for workbench or a lower power build
This is a good baseline power supply for building or refurbishing PCs. Non-modular as it says, a modest complement of connections for GPUs, drives, and the motherboard of course. Bottom line, for a $60 power supply it's a pretty good deal and works as expected.
I recently got a stripped-down desktop PC - power supply had been stripped out but the processor was still in the system. Took just two or three minutes to hook this Rosewill 650W PSU up (most of that time spent getting the supplemental CPU 4-pin power connector into the tight spot between the case and the board's other connectors--nothing wrong with the PSU in this issue).
For the system I'm building, an 11th gen i7 processor with four dimms, two NVMe drives, and a modest GPU not running crypto mining or anything, 650W is sufficent headroom. It's rated to handle bursts of double power, which is confusing but promising to me in case I do have a runaway GPU, and the 5 year warranty provides peace of mind if I'm going to permanently install it into a machine (the stripped-down one I'm working with now is missing the side panels, so I'm probably going to transplant it sometime soon).
It does have the newer PCIe-5 type power connector for the latest GPUs, but also the 6+2 type for most of the GPUs you're likely to have. Given the 450W PCIe rail, you probably won't be using more than two GPUs, so the limited cabling shouldn't be an issue.

★★★★★Reliable and Efficient, With Budget-Feeling Cables
This power supply has been solid so far. Getting everything connected and powering on the system was straightforward, with no issues to report.
The 80+ Gold certification at this price point is genuinely good value, meaning it runs efficiently and should keep energy costs reasonable over time.
The one cosmetic note is that the cables look and feel a bit cheap. That's fairly typical at this price range, so it's not a surprise, but braided cable sleeves would have been a nice touch for the aesthetics.
Overall, this power supply does exactly what you want from one: it delivers reliable power without any fuss. If you're looking for an efficient, no-nonsense option at a reasonable price, this fits the bill.

★★★★★Great No-Frills Budget Power Supply Unit (PSU)
I got this power supply to use in a computer I was building out of spare parts to use as a homelab server. I've been using it for a couple of months now, and am pleased to report that I'm very happy with this purchase.
Here's why I say that:
Pros
-----
* Solid value - Great price for an 80+ Gold 650 Watt Power Supply Unit (PSU)
* Has a thoughtful variety and number of power connectors, meaning that it should work well for the vast majority of people building a PC or replacing a failed PSU.
* 5 year warranty protects you if something goes wrong with this PSU. This is nice to have, especially since I've seen PSUs fail more often than most other parts on a PC.
* Comes with a few small zip-ties to use for cable management, which is more than I expected from a no-frills budget PSU like this.
Cons
-----
* Build feels a little flimsy, but it's just sturdy enough that I think it'll hold up - so I'm not deducting a star here.
* Some connectors don't click into place very strongly/tightly.
* Instruction manual is very short and assumes you already know exactly what you're doing; it's definitely not intended for beginners.
* Not modular, meaning you can only do so much with regards to cable management. More importantly, this means that you need to check and then double-check to make certain that this PSU has all the connectors you need from the start. I'm not deducting a star for this, either, because it's very clear that this is not a modular PSU.

★★★★★Good PSU
I’ve been running this PSU in a home server for a few days now. It's running as a NAS and media server, and it’s been solid. The gold cert seems to keeps things cool and power draw low, and the fan stays quiet even under sustained load. There is no erratic ramping or annoying hum. Functionally, it’s been completely reliable. I’ve had no shutdowns, coil whine, or stability issues, even when multiple hard drives spin up simultaneously. The non-modular design is the main trade-off. The cables are long enough to route, but you’ll have some extras to tuck away. As for looks, it’s understated: a clean black steel shell with large vent cutouts that give it a purposeful, industrial aesthetic without any flashy branding.
The compact 140mm depth made installation easy even in a tighter case, and the ATX 3.0/3.1 compatibility with the native PCIe 5.1 connector is a nice bonus if I ever add a modern GPU down the line. I am running headless at the moment. Build quality feels reassuring and five-year warranty always helps. For anyone building where modular cables aren’t a priority this is a dependable choice.
