★★★★★Surpassed my expectations and than some, I kid you not.
For what it's worth. This little trooper of a NAS hard drive had me surprised. It was already next to perfect when I formatted the drive to run several disk speed tests and the results weighed in at between 203MB to 208MB for UP and the same for DOWN. Now as any normal IT guy would do, I went ahead and low level formatted this bad boy with Parted Magic. The process took under 12 hours to complete. Afterwards I formatted it to normal operation standards and run another set of disk speed tests. The results were convincing, 212MB for both UP and DOWN straight, with no deviations in between. I was beyond estatic to say the least. Time will tell how long this drive will hold up. The drive itself is primarily used for my Swann NVR setup because the original 2 tb hard drive just wasn't cutting it. I'm happy with my purchased. Cheers 🍻
