Build quality stands out right away. The aluminum body gives it real weight and it doesn’t slide around on the desk. Feels like something you’ll keep for a long time, not a throwaway keyboard. Typing is smooth with the red switches. Quiet for a mechanical board, soft bottom-out, easy to get used to. If you like a little feedback you might want something clickier, but for long sessions this is easy on your hands. The keycaps are solid. Slight texture, don’t get that greasy shine right away, and the larger profile takes a minute to adjust to but ends up feeling comfortable. Layout is full-size, so no learning curve there. Wireless works fine for normal use, but if you’re picky about latency you’ll probably just run it wired. Battery life is decent either way. The knob and programmability are nice extras once you set them up. It’s not cheap, but you’re getting a well-built board with good components instead of paying for branding. I really really like it and am very happy with it.
